Patrick Boot joined PAG in 2007 as a partner in China.
Mr. Boot was previously head of Prologis in China, joining the company in 2003 to lead the start up of the company’s China business. Within five years he recruited and led the local management team to develop more than one million square meters of logistics facilities across China.
In 1996 Mr. Boot joined Pt. Bhuminatha Deuindo where he established and managed joint venture real estate projects involving Nissho Iwai. Major projects for the group in Jakarta included the development of one of the first Four Seasons Residences in the world and a 220 acre business park and golf course at Jakarta’s international airport. In 1994 Mr. Boot joined Lippo Group in Indonesia as General Manager. Mr. Boot was responsible for the development of three shopping malls, one of which was the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia at the time.
Mr. Boot started his career at Cadillac Fairview Corporation, the largest office and shopping mall developer in Canada, where he worked for six years.
Mr. Boot received an EMBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Asia program).
